Wow look at Lydia!

 She says: All done with my first 90 day challenge!
I've changed my eating habits to smaller portions and eat healthier. Skinny Fiber has helped me control cravings and snacking. Also, since you need to increase water intake, I very, very rarely drink soda.
I was completely addicted to Diet Pepsi! I started going to the gym the last two weeks, so, I'm super excited to see my results to my next 90 day challenge.
It's not a magic pill and requires effort on your part, but helps so much! Definitely worth getting into a smaller pair if jeans! I've lost 12lbs and.....get this...33 1/2 inches! my Skinny Fiber!
