This also makes a great smoothie! I added a little water to thin it out!
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (I peeled and separated 5 mandarins and just put them in the blender)
1 cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp Raw honey
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Place in popsicle forms and freeze until set. Or, for a smoothie: blend until smooth!
