Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry on top of brown and wild rice.
Recipe as follow:
Directions
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, and add 1/2 tbs olive oil. Saute garlic and onions for about 5 seconds, then add ground beef. Stir-fry until beef is evenly brown. Stir in cabbage and red peppers and cook until vegetables are tender and beef is fully cooked. Stir in low sodium soy sauce. Mix together cornstarch and water, and stir in. Season with pepper to taste. Cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened and put on top of rice of your choice.
