Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast (skinned)
4 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
1 chive
2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle (salt free)
½ teaspoon Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
Dash of black pepper
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce (low sodium)
Broccoli
Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese (finely shredded)
Directions
Wash chicken with lemon and vinegar, rinse well and drain. Place chicken in slow cooker and add all ingredients excluding the broccoli and cheese, slow cook for 3 ½ hours then add broccoli cook for ½ hour. When done, add cheese. Served with Whole Wheat noodles.
