Baby Butter Brussels sprouts



Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts
1/2 stick butter 
2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely sliced
Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
How to make sprouts in garlic butter
1. Peel off outer layer of tough leaves from the sprouts and trim the stalks. Place the sprouts in a steamer and cook for 6 minutes until tender but still retaining some bite.
2. Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the sprouts, garlic, salt and pepper and toss for a couple of minutes until well covered. Serve immediately.
