These are really easy! You can also just shape it in to a loaf and put it in a bread pan to rise and then bake!
1 C. warm water
2 T. active dry yeast
2 T. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tsp. salt
3 1/2 C. bread flour
2 T. active dry yeast
2 T. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tsp. salt
3 1/2 C. bread flour
Now, I used my bread machine for the dough process...putting water, sugar and yeast together and allow to sit for 10 minutes until foamy. Add in the remainder ingredients and set to dough setting. Once done, I kneaded a couple of minutes on a floured surface and pinched off into balls, rolled into a log and twist into a knot and place into a greased muffin tin. Allow to rise for 1 hour and then bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, pulling out and brushing with 2 T. melted butter, 1/2 tsp. dried parsley and a pinch of garlic powder.
Return to oven for an additional couple of minutes to brown.
