For all of you Nutella fans!
300 gms Granita Biscuits/Graham Crackers
5 Tbs Soft Unsalted Butter
1 400gm jar Nutella (Room Temp)
3/4 cup Chopped Toasted Hazelnuts (crush 3 Tbs for base)
450 gms Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
1/2 cup Sifted Icing Sugar
5 Tbs Soft Unsalted Butter
1 400gm jar Nutella (Room Temp)
3/4 cup Chopped Toasted Hazelnuts (crush 3 Tbs for base)
450 gms Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
1/2 cup Sifted Icing Sugar
Crush biscuits to a powder. Add butter, 3 Tbs Hazelnuts and 1 Tbs Nutella and mix until all combined. Pour into a 9" springform pan, or pop up flan dish. Spread across base of pan and push firmly and evenly down, using a spoon or the back of your hand. Refrigerate while continuing with the next step. Mix together cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Add the rest of the Nutella and mix until well combined. Pour over the biscuit base and spread evenly across. Spread the rest of the hazelnuts evenly across the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
