16 oz. frozen cheese ravioli
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 good pinch of red pepper flakes
1 T. heavy cream
1 T. olive oil
parmesan cheese
1 lb. smoked sausage

parmesan cheese
Cook the ravioli according to directions, drain and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a med. skillet over med. high heat and add in the sausage, cook for 5-6 minutes to get a little brown, add the onion and cook another 2 minutes to soften. Add garlic, drained diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and pepper flakes. Stir to combine, add the cream, again stir. Gently fold in the ravioli and once combined, top with some parmesan cheese before serving.
