Celery Boats



Couldn't be easier to fix a healthy side to your lunch or for snack time.

Clean celery ribs
Cut each stalk in half
Scrape out a cavity in the middle
Load with your choice such as:
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped onions
  • chopped green pepper
Cover with Lite dressing of your choice and enjoy
