1 lb Ground Beef
1 Pkg (16 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted

1 can (2.8 oz) French-Fried Onions, divided
1 cup (4 oz) Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 cup 2% milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Bake tator tots on a cookie sheet following instructions on bag. When finished, place baked tater tots in ungreased 12 x 9 in. baking dish.
2. While they are baking, cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until done, then drain.
3. Stir in broccoli, soup, tomato, 3/4 cup French Fried Onions, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, garlic powder, and pepper. Heat through. Pour over Tater-Tots.
4. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
