Cabbage & Sausage Breakfast Burrito



1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 small cabbage head, chopped
tortillas
scrambled eggs
seasoning for eggs
butter for burritos

Crumble sausage into large skillet. Add diced bell pepper and onions. Cook until meat is fully done and veggies are soft.

Scramble eggs in another skillet with choice of seasonings.

Place some of sausage and cabbage mixture into a tortilla. Add desired amount of eggs. Roll up as a burrito.

Fry burrito in a small amount of butter until browned on both sides. Enjoy!
