PERFECT PECAN TARTS


Oh my gosh!!!! AMAZING!!!! This recipe is definitely a keeper!!!!

You have got to try these!!!!
3 Tbsp butter (melted)
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix everything but the pecans together well.
Place pecans in bottom of frozen or homemade tarts
Pour mixture into every tart, keeping 1/4" from top of shell
Bake 350F for 20-23 min.
Yields 30 tarts.
