GREAT SUMMER SALAD! ESPECIALLY FOR A COOKOUT OR GET-TOGETHER!
Ingredients
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4"
1 medium onions, sliced
3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1 c water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 c oil
Directions
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
