10-12 skinless chicken thighs
Mix together
1/2 c apricot or peach jam
1-2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger (optional)

Spoon over the chicken thighs. Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes. Turnover and cook for another 30 minutes or until done.
Spoon peach slices over the chicken and put back in the oven until peaches are warm.
