Blueberry Coconut Milk Popsicles



400 mL (1 can) of coconut milk
1/4 cup raw sugar (could substitute swerve for zero calories)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz. Blueberries

Mix all ingredients together and pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze 4 hours or overnight.
Enjoy!
