Healthy Maple Chicken Thighs



Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1 tsp. Thyme
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 lb. Chicken Thighs
2 C. Breadcrumbs

Directions:
1. Mix together mustard, syrup, oil, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken, coating evenly. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to overnight.
2. Remove marinated chicken from refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Dip each marinated chicken in breadcrumbs. Place each dipped chicken in a baking dish.
4. Bake until golden brown, about 45-50 minutes. Serve.
