FAMOUS Oopsie Rolls

Preheat oven to 300' F and follow instructions below.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 packet of stevia
1 Tbsp golden flax meal
1 dash of salt
4 oz.of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 tsp xanthan gum
Separate the eggs and add cream cheese to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and xanthan gum until stiff (if you’re using the same mixer, mix the whites first and then the yolk mixture).
Using a spatula, gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spoon the mixture onto the sheet, making 6 mounds. Flatten each mound slightly.
Bake about 30 minutes (You want them slightly softer, not crumbly). Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes, and then remove to a rack and allow them to cool. Store in a loosely open sack and allow to rest on the counter before use (otherwise they might be too moist). Can be frozen.
Notes: If you are making these to be savory (for burgers) you can add dry mustard and dill or other seasonings to the yolk mixture. If you want a more sweet roll, add a very small amount of stevia natural sweetener to the yolk mixture.

Strawberry Dessert

2 Betty Crocker Sugar cookie mixes...
16 ounces softened cream cheese
2 cups sugar
1 to 2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
2 or 3 lbs. strawberries washed and sliced
Strawberry glaze - you can buy it in jars, box mixes or make it using cornstarch
Whipped Cream for topping
Preheat oven to 375.
Prepare the cookie mixes with the butter and egg as the directions on the bags say to. Spread in a Texas sheet cake pan (like 10x15 I think) to make the crust. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix softened cream cheese and sugar with hand mixer until well blended. Then fold in the whipped cream or cool whip. When cookie crust is done and slightly cooled spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Then mix strawberries with glaze of your choice (or even just mix strawberries with sugar and let sit overnight in fridge and they would work) and pour the mixture over the top and chill for about four hours or more.
Serve with whipped cream on top!
Enjoy!

Another great recipe for your candy Gift Boxes!!

1 stick of butter(better to have it soft)
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Quickly drop by spoonfuls onto the wax paper. This mixture will harden quickly, so you must work quickly
.
Let the pralines cool and set.
Makes about 24 pralines.

Fudgy Cherry-Cheesecake Brownie Bars

Ingredients
Topping
2 (8 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese or 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Brownie
1 cup unsalted butter
6 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1 Heat oven to 350°.
2 Line a 13 x 9" baking pan with foil, letting ends extend a bit over sides. Lightly coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
3 Topping: Beat together all topping ingredients in medium mixing bowl until blended and smooth. Set aside.
4 Brownie: In a large microwavable mixing bowl, melt butter and chocolate using med power -- about 2 minutes---check every 45 seconds and stir. (Can also do in a saucepan over low heat.) Heat until chocolate is melted and smooth -- stir to make a smooth mixture.
5 With wooden spoon, stir in sugar, vanilla and salt into melted chocolate mixture. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring briskly after each egg, until well-blended. Stir in flour.
6 Spoon brownie mixture into prepared baking pan.
7 Scatter heaping Tbsp of topping mixture on top of brownie mixture. Next, scatter Tbsps of cherry pie filling over top. Run tip of a knife through topping and pie filling to create a marbelized look.
8Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until brownie edges begin to pull away from sides and edges of cream cheese are slightly brown. THE CENTER WILL STILL "JIGGLE" WHEN SHAKEN EVEN WHEN THEY ARE DONE!
9 Cool in pan on wire rack. When cooled, chill for at least 4 hours before cutting.
10 After chilling, simply lift out by using the foil that lines the pan. Place on cutting board and cut into squares, and place into individual cupcake/muffin liners.
