HOT CRAB DIP

This is awesome served with assorted crackers or sliced French bread!!!

Ingredients.
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
2 chopped green onion
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 pound lump crab meat
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended.
Add crab meat; toss gently.
Spread in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Mound's Cake

***Not Diet****
You will Need :
1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
2 cups sugar (divided)
24 large marshmallows
1 1/2 cups milk (divided)
14 oz pkg. coconut
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
Mix and bake cake according to package directions. Combine 1 cup of sugar, marshmallows and 1 cup of milk in a med. saucepan...cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted..... Stir in coconut and spread on top of warm cake
Mix butter 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup milk in a small saucepan.. bring to a boil...stir in chocolate chips and spread over coconut mixture.
Also Good refrigerated!

Banana Pudding Poke Cake

Oh YA... It's THAT GOOD
You Will Need:
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix (make according to box directions so you will need eggs, oil and water)
2 (3.4oz) boxes of instant banana pudding
4 cups of milk
1 (8oz) tub of cool whip
20 crushed vanilla wafers
Here is what you do:
*Make cake in a 9 x 13 pan...according to box directions
Allow to cool for 2-3 min..Then using the end of a wooden spoon or something similar poke your holes in the cake... be sure to go to the bottom...you are gonna
want the holes pretty big so the pudding gets down there.
*In a med bowl whisk your pudding with 4 cups of milk until all lumps are gone.
*Pour pudding over cake...use the back of your spoon or spatula to get down in holes.
*Put in fridge and cool for approx 2 hours
*Spread cool whip on top
*Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top of cool whip...its good to have some bigger pieces...don't crush them too much.
***If desired you can also slice some bananas and place on top before you put the wafers on

Breakfast Hash.


1 lb Breakfast Sausage of your choice
1 Green Pepper
1 Yellow Onion
1 Bag Southern Style Hashbrowns (thawed)
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Stick Butter
Franks Hot Sauce (to your liking)
1-2 Cup Shredded Cheese of your choice
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Cook onions and green peppers till soft (about 10 minutes)
Mix Sausage in and cook till done
Add Thawed Potatoes, Chicken Broth, 1/2 Stick Butter, Hot Sauce and Salt & Pepper.
Cook Until Potatoes Are Heated Through. Stir gently so the potatoes do not break down!
Add Cheese and Stir Till Just Melted

Homestyle Chicken & Biscuits

"Pressed for time? This delectable casserole has everything you're looking for, chicken, veggies, biscuits, and a cheesy creamy sauce, ready to serve in just 45 minutes!"

What You'll Need
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 bag (750g) frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 package refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
How to Make It
Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the soup, mayo, cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add the vegetables and chicken. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Top the chicken mixture with the biscuits. Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Slow Cooker Rigatoni Pizza Casserole


You will Need:
1 -16oz pkg. Rigatoni pasta
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1- small onion chopped
4- cups of mozzarella shredded cheese
2- 15 oz cans of pizza sauce
1- 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1- 8oz pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Cook your pasta...meanwhile brown your ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain your pasta and place it in your crock pot
In a med. bowl ....mix your pizza sauce, cream of mushroom, shredded cheese, pepperoni and beef
After it is mixed well..then transfer it to the crockpot and mix well with pasta.....cook on low setting for 2 -3 hours

CREAM CHEESE PEPPERMINT FUDGE

Oh my gosh! YES!!!!! You will LOVE this one!!!!

Another great one to add to those holiday cookie tins!!!
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese softened
3 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 1/4 t. vanilla extract
12 oz. White Almond Bark
1 C. Peppermint Baking chips
Directions:
Use wax paper to line an 8” square baking dish. In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until smooth. Melt the chocolate, be sure to stir occasionally. Stir the chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and add the peppermint baking chips. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, at least 2 hours. Cut to package or to serve.

Italian Christmas Cookie


Great for company or gift baskets!!


Cookie Ingredients:
1/2 C butter, softened
3/4 C white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 C all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
Glaze Ingredients:
3-3/4 C confectioners sugar
1/2 C warm milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
*Before you begin adding ingredients, remove your eggs from the refrigerator to bring them to room temperature for about 1/2 hour.This will allow them to create a better constancy and more fluffy witch will create a lighter less dense cookie.
• Beat your eggs for about 5 minutes in a heavy duty mixer until they are foamy and light, set them aside for later.
• Combine the flour, sugar, & baking powder on low gradually beating in your butter and vanilla extract thoroughly.
• Gradually add eggs until dough is evenly & thoroughly mixed.
• Roll your dough in to small balls about 1/3" to 1/2 " balls, remember they will expand. (Make sure dough is sticky to avoid cracking)
• Bake cookies @ 350° for 10 - 12 minutes.
• While cooking cookies combine the confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl smooth.
• Once cookies are done place them on a cooling rack and use a spoon or bakers brush to glaze the cookies.
• Apply sprinkles while glaze is still wet so they stick.

Biscuits & Homemade Milk Gravy Casserole


Ingredients:
1 pound bacon...
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 8 oz can of Grands Pillsbury Buttery Tastin Homestyle Biscuits
1/2 Cups all purpose flour
4 cups of milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a 9x13 pan, spray with Pam. Then take the Biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 quarters, then line the bottom of the pan. Brown bacon then put on paper towels and pat to get excess grease off. Crumble the bacon and scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Set aside.
In a bowl whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it over the cheese. Set aside.
Using about 4 Tbs of the bacon grease, add 2 cups of All Purpose Flour and whisk until browned, then slowly add 4 cups of milk, add salt and pepper and continue whisking until thickened. (Depending on how thick you like your gravy, adjust the milk accordingly. Taste and if needed add a little more salt and pepper to taste. Then pour over the eggs.
Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.

Whipped Shortbread


1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar (Confectioner/Powdered Sugar)
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
Beat butter until light & fluffy. Add icing sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt mixing completely.
Drop by teaspoonful or use a cookie press on to ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 8 - 10 mins. (Don't let them brown)
These cookies are very soft and melt in your mouth.

Great and Fast Easy Low Carb Skillet Dinner


Open them Fridge Doors and Start Throwing in...LOL
1 lb of ground beef
1lb of sausage
3 to 4 small fresh tomatoes (could use canned)
1 large onion
1 med zucchini
Italian shredded cheese
Greek Seasoning
Salt, Pepper To taste
Cut up your veggies and throw them in the skillet with your meat and and seasonings... cook till meat is done and veggies are tender
Sprinkle with cheese and serve... SO GOOD

Italian No Bake Cake By Sylvia



This NO BAKE CAKE is like heaven in your mouth!!! It's just that good!!! And you don't even have to turn on the oven to make it!! Easy and Delicious is always the best!!! Your going to want to share this one!!

Ingredients:
1 Box of Vanilla Wafers
1 Can of Crushed Pineapples with Juice
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 package of coconut
1 (8oz) Container Cool Whip
1 small jar of cherries
1 cup of pecans (optional)

Directions:
Layer the bottom of dish with Vanilla Wafers. Mix in a bowl the lemon juice and condensed milk, then add the pineapples and mix all together. Pour this over the vanilla wafers in the dish. Add another layer of the Vanilla Wafers on top of the pineapple mix. Then top with cool whip, and coconut and cherries. Refrigerate overnight. Serve and Enjoy!
Note: You can replace coconut with pecans if you'd like.

SLICED BAKED POTATOES!!



Ingredients:

4-5 potatoes
4 Tbs butter, melted
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 cup grated cheese of your choice
4 strips of cooked bacon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Slice potatoes about ¼” thick and brush both sides of potato slices with butter; place them on a cookie sheet.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once.

When potatoes are ready, top with bacon, cheese, green onion; continue baking until the cheese has melted.

Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup



32oz bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 lb hamburger, cooked
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
2 lb Velveeta cheese
32 oz chicken broth
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with cheddar cheese and bacon, if desired

Banana Caramel Cake



Ingredients:
Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare as directed on box
1 small can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup caramel sauce

Topping:
1 small box instant banana pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 small container of Cool Whip
Caramel sauce to drizzle
1 banana

Directions:
Make yellow cake according to the box directions for a 9x13 cake. Let cool. Using a straw and poke holes all over the top of the cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce over the top of the cake, letting them soak into the cake. In a medium size bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until it begins to thicken. Mix in Cool Whip until completely combined. Spread Cool Whip mixture over the top of the cake. Top with banana slices and drizzle with any leftover caramel. Store in the refrigerator until time to serve.

Peanut Butter Nutella Brownies


Ooohhh and Aaaahhh everyone with these amazing brownies!!! Mmmm these are amazing!!!!!!! 

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp. water
3/4 cup semi sweet choc. chips plus 1 cup divided
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 milk choc. chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup nutella
White chocolate, for garnishing
Preheat oven to 350. In medium sized microwave safe bowl combine sugar, butter, and water. microwave on high until butter is melted. Stir in 3/4 cup semi sweet choc chips until melted. Stir in egg and vanilla, mix well. Add flour, and baking soda, stir until combined.
Allow batter to cool to room temp, then stir in 3/4 cup semi sweet choc chips. spoon into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 15 min or until top is set or toothpick comes out slightly wet.
After brownies are out of oven wait for centers to fall, which will happen upon cooling. If not then tap the center with the back of a spoon to make a hole for the peanut butter. Place peanut butter in a small bowl and microwave on high for 45 sec then stir. Add 1 tsp. of peanut butter in each brownie. Melt Nutella in microwave and add 1 tsp in the middle of the peanut butter. Top with remaining 1/3 cup of remaining choc chips and grated white chocolate.
