Pumpkin Maple Pulled Pork Sandwich



Ingredients:
3 Lb. Pork Roast
3/4 C. Pumpkin Puree
2/3 C. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Maple Extract
Hamburger Buns

Directions:
1. In a crockpot, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and maple extract.
2. Place pork roast in the crockpot and mix the pumpkin mixture over the top of the pork. Cover and set crockpot to high. Cook for 4-6 hours, or until pork is tender.
3. Using two forks, pull the pork apart until well shredded. Stir the pulled pork and the pumpkin mixture together well. Cover and allow to cook for another hour, until the sauce thickens.
4. Spoon mixture onto hamburger buns. Serve and enjoy!
