Seasoned Turkey Burgers and Cauliflower Rice with Mushrooms


1 lb of fresh ground turkey breast
1 egg
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Heintz 57 Sauce
Fresh ground black pepper
Mix ingredients, form into 4 patties.
Cauliflower Rice with Mushrooms
1/2 medium onion, finely diced
1/2 package fresh, sliced mushrooms
1/2 head cauliflower, coarsely grated
1 tbls Braggs Amino Acids
Olive oil to coat pan
Saute onions until lightly brown. Add mushrooms and cook until just soft. Remove from heat. Add more oil, if needed-wait until its hot. Add cauliflower to pan and quickly stir fry until tender crisp. Season with Braggs Amino Acids (or low sodium soy sauce) for light flavor and add onion and mushroom mixture.
Remove from pan and set aside. Cook turkey patties in the same pan (you can cook at the same time if you wish but this adds more flavor) until done.
