Angie's EASY Alfredo Scalloped Potatoes (serves 8-10)
3 jars of your favorite Alfredo Sauce (or make from scratch)
8 or so Russet Potatoes
1 small bag shredded Italian Cheese
Minced Garlic
Ground Black Pepper
Himalayan Pink Salt
Ground Italian Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350F. Wash potatoes. Slice thin. Spray pan with Olive Oil. add a layer of slices potatoes to cover the bottom. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Pour one jar of Alfredo sauce over the potatoes. Repeat layers two more times. Sprinkle the Italian Cheese on top, covering the sauce. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour. Remove the foil. Bake another 20 minutes or so until the potatoes are semi soft when you poke it with a fork.
