Tuna Avocado Salad
2 avocado, scooped out of shell & halved
lettuce
1 can tuna, in water
4 grape tomatoes
1 boiled egg, peeled & diced
1/3 c. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or just a dash
1/8 tsp. celery salt or just a dash
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
dash of black pepper
Put lettuce in bowl. Add half of avocado on top.
Blend all other ingredients together, except tomato. Put as much as you'd like inside the avocado. I used about 2 heaping Tbsp.
Garnish with tomato and enjoy!
