Low Carb Tamarind Beef



Ingredients: 2 tbsp of tamarind paste, garlic, chilies, tbspn of pam sugar (white sugar if you can’t get palm), tbsp of lime juice, thinly sliced beef, onion, soya sauce, bean sprouts, almonds, cilantro, green onion
Directions: Marinade beef in tamarind, garlic, chilli, sugar, lime juice, soy sauce.
Fry onion, add beef with marinade, add sprouts, garnish with green onion, cilantro and almonds.
