Brownie Cookie ~ Gluten free



Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup mini peanut butter chips
1/2 cup M&M chocolate candies or Smarties

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a stand mixer beat together butter and sugars until fluffy
Add in egg & vanilla until well combined
In a small bowl combine baking powder, salt & cocoa
Add in cocoa mixture to the butter mixture, until just combined
Slowly mix in chocolate chips
Using a small cookie scoop, place cookie dough onto baking sheet 2 inches apart, as they will spread as they cook
Cook for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and promptly place candies on top of the cookies before they cool
Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes then remove cookies to a wire rack to completely cool
