Chocolate Mousse



200 gms Milk Chocolate
4 Eggs - Seperated
2 Tbs Kahlua
300 mls Thickened Cream
Garnishes
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Powder or Flakes
Fresh Raspberries
Melt chocolate in a heat resistant bowl, placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Do not allow water to touch bowl or chocolate.
Mix egg yolks and Kahlua together in a large bowl. Add chocolate and combine.
Whip cream into soft peaks, and gently combine with chocolate mix.
Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks and fold into chocolate mix.
Place into serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
To serve, add extra whipped cream, chocolate powder and raspberries to top of mousse.
