Sweet and Sticky Pork.



750 gms Pork Strips

MARINADE:
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Crushed Ginger
1 tsp Kaffir Lime Leaves
1/2 cup Honey
2 Tsp Plum Sauce
1 tsp Chilli Oil
2 Tsp Chilli Flakes mixed with Desiccated Coconut ( I used a coconut chilli)
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Coriander/Cilantro
1/4 tsp Crushed Cloves
1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice
Pinch of salt

Bok Choy
Baby Corn
Baby Bell Pepper
Mushrooms
Bean Sprouts

Add all the marinade ingredients together, mix pork through making sure all coated. Check the taste so it suits you. Leave to marinade for about an hour.

Heat wok or pan to a very high temperature. Quickly fry off bell peppers to soften. Add meat mix and other vegetables. Stir fry for about five mins.
I served with Egg Noodles and Naan Bread. Yum!!!
