BACON BUTTERMILK RANCH POTATO SALAD



11 Red Skinned Potatoes,, washed real good
8 to 10 slices of Bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled
3 to 6 Green Onions , Sliced and I saute mine in the bacon grease
1 to 1-1/2 cups of homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
3/4 cup of Cheddar Cheese, grated

The How to :
Boil your potatoes in a large pot of salted water
Once they are cooked... drain and cut into bite size chunks. Let cool
Add the crumbled bacon, saute onions, and the buttermilk ranch...toss real well and stir in the cheddar cheese.
Toss one more time.. can chill for a couple of hours or serve warm
