Oriental Chicken Salad ( 4 Large servings) Easy Dinner!!


Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken.. boneless breast cooked and cut up.
2 Bag of Salad mix of your choice .. (I used romaine)
1 Bag Cole Slaw mix
1/2 to 3/4 cup of sliced almonds
1 cup cup of Chow Mein noodles
Dressing:
3 Tbs Honey
1 1/2 Tbs Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup of Mayonnaise ( I used Hellmanns )
1 tsp Dijon mustard (I used Grey Poupon)
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Directions:
Cook boneless breasts and cut to bite size pieces.
Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and place in individual bowls for serving.
Top with chicken and dressing.
Enjoy!!!
