Veggies and Turkey Sausage



Ingredients:
2 Squash
2 Zucchini
2 Green peppers
1 Large Red Onion
Handful of Mushrooms
2 Cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Chilies
2 Skinless Turkey Sausages

Cut up all veggies and sausage into nice size pieces. Sauté the squash, zucchini, green peppers, and mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil. Once squash and zucchini are almost done add the onion and turkey sausage and cook till onions are soft and sausage is done. Enjoy
****If you don’t like hot foods you could just use diced tomatoes without the chilies*****
