Tiffany's Mozzarella Chicken
Ingredients:
3-4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 pks shake n bake chicken
1 small jar of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
1 package of fat free mozzarella cheese
1 large piece of saran wrap
baking dish
preheat oven to 400
put 1 piece of chicken breast in between plastic wrap and pound (I did mine with a wooden spoon)
pour packages of shake n bake in bowl
coat each piece of chicken with the shake n bake and place in baking dish
cook chicken for about 20 minutes and then flip over and place back in oven for an additional 20-30 minutes
cut small piece to see if cooked
if it is cooked then take out of oven and spoon Ragu over top of each piece of chicken and sprinkle cheese on top. Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted
