So I thought it was time for an updated before and during pic!!! I know I still have a long way to go but I'm proud of my accomplishments so far!!! I can't believe that was me just ONE year ago!!! So I actually started this journey January 2, 2013 and I lost 10 pounds on my own the first couple of months! Well it got really hard for me and I was about to give up because I couldn't stay away from sweets and I was gaining and losing in February! It was getting so frustrating! Well I was in this weight loss group that I had found and joined last year. I was seeing all these people losing weight and I was so skeptical!! OMG! I probably messaged this lady everyday with questions and the same ones sometimes! LOL!!! I finally decided to order in February and started taking it the beginning of March!! Well the first week I lost 6 pounds!! It was crazy!! So I continued taking it and my first 90 days I lost a total of 20 pounds!!! I was so happy!! Then I stopped taking it for 2 months and still lost 7.5 pounds!! I started it back up again in September and already lost 12 pounds!! So all together I've lost 49.5 pounds!!!! OMG!!! And these jeans that I'm wearing are 10 sizes smaller than what I was wearing last year!!!!! I couldn't even fit into jeans at all!! It was stretchy pants and sweats last year but not this year!! I feel so good and can't wait to get more healthier!!! Thanks to Skinny Fiber I feel like a whole different person!! I used to cry every day because of how bad I felt about myself!! I hated myself and the person I had become!! I stayed inside and didn't want to go anywhere because I was ashamed!! I didn't know what to do or where to start! But now I feel so much better, there are no words to explain it!! Along with losing weight I've had more energy, I sleep better, less pain in my hands, knees, and lower back, and NO more heartburn for me!!! I love Skinny Fiber and it truly does work!!!
