CHICKEN ALFREDO LASAGNA ROLLS.



ingredients:
1 lb chicken cooked and shredded 
9 lasagna noodles 
1 jar of your favorite alfredo sauce 
1 package mozzarella cheese
oregano

directions:
Boil your lasagna noodles and drain them. Separate each noodle and lay out flat. This is very important. The first time I made this I didn't do this and my noodles all stuck together.
Spread about 1/2 cup of sauce in the bottom of a large casserole dish.
On each noodle spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce. Then spread some chicken on each noodle. Sprinkle on some oregano and then some mozzarella cheese.
Start at one end and roll each one up being careful not to let the filling come out. Place the roll in casserole dish with seam side down. Once all 9 are in the dish cover with the remaining alfredo sauce and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese is nice and bubbly.
