Fried Egg, Bologna & Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 slice of bologna (Um....eww. for real. Not even real meat!!)
1 slice of cheese (Use REAL cheese if you want to be authentic, pasteurized processed cheese "product" if you REALLY want to be BAD)
2 slices of bread (I used 100% whole wheat-Use WHITE bread if you want to be BADDER)
GLOBS of mayonnaise (Greek yogurt if you only want to be a "little" bad
I didn't think of it until AFTER the fact but if you REALLY want to be bad, Add 4 slices of BACON to this sandwich!
Melt full fat butter in your pan (I use Cast Iron exclusively) and crack open 1 egg...or 2 if you are feeling brave. Fry those babies up and place them on your totally UNhealthy white bread (I couldn't do it. I draw the line at white bread) that is slathered in mayonnaise. Slap those eggs on it and while they cool to the point where there won't be heat blisters on your tongue, slap a piece of bologna in the pan and fry it for 20 or so seconds on each side to warm it up. Place it between the eggs with a layer of cheese between (Bread->Mayo->Cheese->Egg->Cheese->Mayo->Bread)
INDULGE and enjoy! Because YOU are human and sometimes you just GOT to be bad!
Thank you for all for allowing my things to be passed to so many!
