Tonight's Dinner.....Twangy Salad for one.
This was amazing!
I used my kitchen scissors for cutting the spinach leaves and the marinated asparagus spears.
Small handful of spinach (cut into bite size pieces)
3 marinated asparagus spears (cut as above)
3 grape tomatoes (sliced)
1 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Mix well and enjoy
I like to add a little black pepper and a tiny bit of lite ranch dressing for a little more pizzazz!
