Turkey Spinach Cranberry High Roller



INGREDIENTS:

1 Large Gluten Free or Flour Tortilla
3 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
1-2 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries
2 Large Slices or 3 Small Slices Turkey
1 Cup Baby Spinach or Baby Greens Mix (I used Trader Joe Power Mix)
2 Slices Colby Jack
1-2 Tablespoons Chopped Raw Walnuts
Dried chives
Garlic powder
Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1)Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese over middle 1/3rd of tortilla, sprinkle some chives, salt and easy garlic powder
2)Lay down a layer using a little more than half of your greens
3)Lay down turkey, then Colby Jack
4)Spread the last tablespoon of cream cheese with more chives, garlic and salt
5)Sprinkle walnuts and cranberries
6)End with the remaining greens
7)Roll tight and as shown.
8)Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours
9)Cut off ends and then make into 2-3 inch wide pieces
