Bacon Cheeseburger
Ingredients
1 Lb Ground Pork
1 Lb Ground
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Bacon to Top (fried crisp)
Cheese and toppings of choice
We used Toasted Kings Hawaian Bread but you can use whatever
Minced Garlic
Dice up your garlic and add a tiny bit of sea salt to it and mash it to a paste.
Instructions
Let meats rest for at at least 30 minutes prior to mixing in garlic, salt and pepper. Mix gently and only until blended. Too much mixing will make your meat tough.
Form into patties, placing a thumbprint in the middle. This helps to cook your meat evenly. Cook to desired doneness. We prefer ours just a bit over medium well.
I cooked mine on the grill but you could do them inside in a skillet
Add your choice of cheese and toppings
Easy, so full of flavor and just awesome as the picture shows!
