Whipped Laundry Soap!!

1 Fels Naptha Bar
1 Cup 20 Mule Team Borax
1 Cup Arm & Hammer Washing Soda * (not Baking Soda)
4 Cups of hot water
2 Mason Jars with lids (quart size)
Put 4 Cups hot water in a large heavy saucepan over high heat. Mix the borax and washing soda together in a bowl, mixing well, set aside.
Grate the Fels Naptha Bar. Add the grated soap to the water in the saucepan, stirring almost constantly.
Once the Fels Naptha has completely melted, remove the pan from the heat and add in the Borax and the Washing Soda, stirring constantly until the powders are completely dissolved. It will be smooth when it is ready, not grainy.
Divide the liquid equally into (2) 1 quart Mason jars. Add just enough water to leave 1 ½” of headspace. Put the lid on the jars and turn them UPSIDE DOWN and let them sit a few hours (about 4 – 5 hours). The soap will separate into layers.
Attach the blade from your blender on to the regular mouth mason jar. Put the jar on the blender and whip until it looks like mayonnaise. Then seal the jar with a lid.
To use add 1 Tablespoon to a load of laundry in any type of machine directly on the dirty clothes while it is filling with water.
DO NOT ADD BAKING SODA OR OXYCLEAN TO THE JARS. IT WILL EXPLODE.
ALSO DO NOT USE DIFFERENT SIZE MASON JARS. SOAP WILL NOT SET UP PROPERLY.
