As the weather gets cooler, I always love a nice hot cup of Hot Chocolate, but I hate all the sugar in there that makes me get a horrible sugar crash. Bulletproof Hot Chocolate to the rescue!!! It is really filling and creamy and amazing.... I could go on and on...
12 oz unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2-2 Tbsp Truvia or desired sweetener to taste
pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Heat all ingredients in a pot or microwave. Place in a blender and blend until frothy. Pour in a cup, top with sugar free whipped cream and cinnamon if desired. Enjoy it while it lasts .
Ps. my kiddos drank most of it. So next time I am going to double the recipe
