Pizza Logs

8 egg roll wrappers 
8 teaspoons pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
24 turkey pepperoni slice
4 light Mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half

Preheat oven to 425 and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape so that one of the pointed in faces you. Start near the end (leaving at least 1/2" all the way around, you have to leave enough to be able to roll it up!) and spread 1 tsp of pizza sauce, then place three pepperonis in a row on top, followed by half a cheese stick. Sprinkle just a dash of italian seasoning over that. Then roll up your pizza log, give it a good 90 degree turn, then bring in the sides making sure you tuck them in (you don't want all that yummy cheese escaping!). Keep rolling until finished then place on the baking sheet, it's best if you lace it with the opening down. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Place in the oven and bake for 8-11 minutes or until browned, turning once to be sure both sides get browned.

Per pizza log: 97 calories, 2 g of fat, 7 g of protein, 13 g of carbs, 1 g of fiber, and 2 WWP+
