Baked French Toast

Change it up and add peaches or blueberries or whatever kind of fruit you want to make it different. SO delicious and very easy to make!

1 loaf French bread (cubed)
6 eggs
1 1/2 Cups whole milk
1 /2 Cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
In a lightly 9x13 casserole dish, spread around cubed bread. In a bowl, beat eggs and add in milk, cream and cinnamon and combine well. Pour over bread and cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight (minimum 12 hours). Remove from fridge 30 minutes before placing in a 350 degree preheated oven. Bake for covered for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking and additional 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
