16-18 jumbo pasta shells
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
4 oz. {1/2 block} cream cheese
1 & 1/2 cup salsa
1 & 1/4 cup taco sauce
2 cups cheddar-monterey jack blend cheese, shredded
Directions:
Cook shells until al dente. Drain. Rinse with cold water. While shells are cooking brown meat and when cooked add taco seasoning. Mix in then add cream cheese. Simmer until cream cheese is melted and mix in.
Pour salsa into a 9x13 baking dish. Take each shell and add a spoonful of meat mixture and then place in baking pan. Do this until all shells are used or you run out of meat mixture. Spread taco sauce over shells and then cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Take out and uncover and spread cheese over. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes more. Enjoy!
