Blueberry Cobbler



1 stick butter
1 C. Self Rising Flour
1 C. + 1 T. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. Whole Milk
1 pint fresh blueberries (or you can use frozen, just thaw)
In a 9x9 casserole dish place stick of butter and place in the oven heating to 350 degrees. Combine flour, 1 C. of sugar, baking powder and milk. Once butter is melted, remove from oven and pour in batter...top with blueberries and sprinkle with 1 T. sugar. DO NOT STIR...Return to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
