CHEESY BEEF STROGANOFF
1 lb. ground beef
3 cups egg noodles (uncooked)
3/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese (cut up)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Boil egg noodles according to directions on package, strain and set aside.
In same pot add hamburger meat and cook until done.
Add noodles back to the pot.
Mix in the can of cream of mushroom soup and the cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
(if it is too thick for your taste add a little mild to thin it out).
