Insanity Mac n Cheese

1/2 lb chicken breast ( used thin sliced breasts)
1/2 beef sausage (I used Eckrich)
1 pad of butter
1/2 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz elbow macaroni
1/4 lb Velveeta cheese
I didn't measure the spices, just a couple of shakes here and there (to taste)
chili powder
seasoning salt
garlic powder
Heat a pot of water to boil for macaroni. In hot skillet, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper until tender. While onions and peppers are cooking cut the chicken into bite size pieces, cut the sausage in 1/4" circles and then cut in half. Add chicken and sausage to skillet, sprinkle the seasonings over meat and cook until done. Add the tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup. Stir well to combine. Cut the Velveeta into cubes and add to skillet and stir until melted. Drain macaroni and add to skillet and stir until macaroni is coated. Serve and enjoy!
