Meat and Veggie Roll Ups


1 pound thinly sliced flank steak (Carne Asada) can buy seasoned or season with salt/pepper/lime juice
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
1 onion
1 bunch asparagus
Pepperjack cheese (optional)
Cut all veggies into think strips. Place a slice of meat on a plate add veggies and a slice of cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Continue with remaining meat and veggies.
Throw on bbq cooking on low heat until done.
