Easy Potato and Corn Chowder - CROCK POT!!

OMYGOODNESS - THE PERFECT COLD WEATHER FOOD!!!

Ingredients->
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, un-drained
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 medium onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions->
1 Mix all ingredients together in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
2 Serving Suggestion: Top bowls of chowder with a little extra crumbled bacon and a little shredded cheese. Yum!
