Super Simple Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches in the Slow Cooker

OMG - THIS IS TO DIE FOR!

Ingredients:
1 -2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (I love sweet baby ray's)
1 Medium Yellow Onion, diced
4 Stalks of Celery, sliced
Hamburger Buns
Directions:
Remove all visible fat from the chicken and toss it in the crock pot. Place the onion and celery on top of the chicken. Pour the barbecue sauce over top. You may not need the entire bottle, just enough to cover the chicken. Cook it on LOW for 8 hours or until the chicken is nice and tender. Shred the chicken with a fork and knife. Add more BBQ sauce if you'd like and stir. Serve on hamburger buns!
An easy weeknight meal that doesn't heat up your kitchen in the summertime!
I love this with potato chips and a coleslaw salad.
