JAILHOUSE CHILI


1 can Kidney beans
1 can Pinto beans
2 cups of chopped onions
2 lbs. Ground beef
2 cans drained tomatoes, save juie
1 – 4 ounce can green chiles
1 – 4 ounce can tomato paste
3 tbsp chili powder (this makes it really hot, cut in half or to taste)
2 tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp cayene pepper
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine all ingredients except the beans and brown in frying pan.
Place all ingredients in a crockpot, including the juice from the tomatoes, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
