Beth's Mexican Style Hominy By Beth Whorton

You will need:
4 cans of white or yellow hominy (drained)
1 can rotel or could use picante sauce
1 lb of velveeta cheese cubed
1 tbsp of chili powder
Mix together well and heat at 350 degrees for approx 20 to 30 min or until bubbly 
Can top with crushed frito chips or tortilla chips
Also I served it with Hamburger Pattys and warmed the left overs crushed in it... OMG GOOOOD
