Tuna Salad

2 tuna steaks
olive oil
pinch of Adobo
pinch of salt and pepper, plus a little more for later
1/4 C. finely diced onion
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 T. mayo (we don't like ours to wet, add more if you like)
1/2 tsp. dried dill
Place the tuna steaks on a pan and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and Adobo. Flip and season the other side.
Place in a 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
When the tuna is cool, use a fork and flake it (I had about 4 C.), place in a mixing bowl.
Add in the onion and celery, combine well.
Add in the mustard, mayo and dill, stir well to combine.
Season with a pinch more salt and pepper.
you could do a nice lettuce cup or sandwiches
